  • Donate to the Foundation and provide tuition assistance to full time law students enrolled in one of the Foundation's Constituent Law Schools.
Richard H. Bate Memorial Scholarship Fund
  • The Richard H. Bate Scholarship was established in 2019 in memory of Mr. Bate. This scholarship will be awarded to a qualified applicant who demonstrates an interest in and nexus to the practice of oil and gas law. Students attending the University of Denver Sturm College of Law may be given preference for this scholarship.
The Charles Edgar "Chuck" Moran Scholarship Fund
  • The Charles Edgar "Chuck" Moran Scholarship Fund was established in 2021 in memory of Chuck Moran, a long-time member and supporter of the Foundation. The scholarship provides tuition assistance to full time law school students who are enrolled in one of the Foundation's Constituent Law Schools. Preference will be given to applicants from The University of Tulsa College of Law or an applicant interested in pursing a legal or other professional career in oil and gas or energy law.
